My Approach

I teach yoga as a form of embodied inquiry and a way to deepen awareness and reconnect to wholeness.
Movement, breath, and meditation become tools for integration rather than performance. The intention is not to perfect a pose but to cultivate sensitivity, curiosity, and inner steadiness.

 

Whether we’re working with stillness or expansion, each practice meets you where you are and invites a direct experience of presence.

A Safe Space for Exploration and Connection

Classes are intentionally paced to encourage noticing, not striving. You’ll be guided to explore sensation, breath, and subtle shifts in awareness and to connect with the intelligence of your body and the deeper rhythms beneath effort and rest.

This is a space to come home to yourself, to ground, release, and meet your own inner teacher.

The Intersection of Tradition and Lived Experience

My teaching blends the heart of classical yoga with modern embodiment and awareness-based practices.
Influences include Anusara’s alignment of heart and body, the meditative stillness of Yin and Nidra, and the energy of mantra and breathwork.

Philosophy and theme anchor each class, allowing concepts to be felt and experienced rather than merely understood.

Who I Am as a Teacher

I’m a RYT-500 certified teacher whose path began in 2018 and evolved from physical practice into a living exploration of awareness, philosophy, and embodiment.
 

Yoga has been both refuge and revelation, offering a way of meeting life’s complexity with steadiness, curiosity, and reverence.

I teach from gratitude and respect for the lineages that inform this work and for the living teachers and students who keep it alive.
