About Me
There are moments in life when what once made sense no longer fits. When the strategies that got us here start to feel too small.
For me, that moment came years ago. I had built a career leading teams, designing products, and solving complex problems, but something in me was restless. Beneath the surface, I felt a pull toward something deeper. It was a kind of knowing that couldn’t be reached by intellect alone.

That search led me first to the yoga mat. What began as a way to recover from injury became a way to reconnect with myself. I discovered that yoga wasn’t just movement, it was a living philosophy that spoke to the same questions I was asking in life:
How do we grow?
How do we find freedom within structure?
How do we live with clarity and wholeness?
Where can we find meaning and purpose?

Those questions now shape everything I do.
As a coach, teacher, and practitioner, I guide others through their own moments of transformation, helping them navigate inner complexity, reconnect with embodied awareness, and cultivate a sense of self-leadership and inner peace.
My work brings together:

-
Depth psychology & Internal Family Systems (IFS) - for understanding and integrating inner parts and narratives.

-
Somatic inquiry – for grounding awareness in the body.

-
Nervous system regulation – for expanding our capacity to stay grounded and present, even in challenge.

-
Wisdom traditions of Yoga and Tantra – for remembering the inherent wholeness beneath all change.

-
Science, leadership, and lived experience – for bridging insight into practical, grounded action.

This work isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about becoming more fully yourself: whole, connected, and free.

A Little More Personally

I’ve been humbled by this path: from darkness to light, rigidity to flow, intellect to embodiment. Yoga, philosophy, and deep inquiry have become not just practices, but ways of living. Each class, each conversation, is an exploration of how we root into what’s real while expanding into what’s possible.
